Responsibilities Plan and organise the ranges taking into account the restaurant's needs. Develop, control, and manage the set of tables in the restaurant. Advise customers on both food and beverage. Ensure the highest level of quality. Lead the team together with the Restaurant Manager. Assign tables to diners. Top Candidate Criteria No sponsorship provided; must have right‑to‑work documents and live in the UK within commutable distance of Shoreditch. At least 2 years of prior experience in a restaurant‑a‑la‑carte with a managing position. Time flexibility to work in split shifts. Vocation for gastronomy. English language – native level required. Other languages are a plus. Great attitude. Minimum Requirements No sponsorship; must have right‑to‑work documents, live in UK, commutable distance of Shoreditch. At least 2 years of prior experience in a restaurant‑a‑la‑carte with a managing position. Time flexibility to work in double shifts. Vocation for gastronomy. English language – native level required.
