**Housekeeping Supervisor - Full-Time**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our facility.Nestled in the heart of historic Richmond, The Fleece has earned a reputation as the region’s premier boutique hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 4-star luxury hotel, delivering exceptional service to guests visiting from all over the world. The Fleece is known for its meticulous attention to detail and consistently high levels of service. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will help uphold these high standards, ensuring that every guest enjoys a stay that exceeds expectations and is unforgettable.

**About the Role**

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team. You will ensure all rooms and communal areas are cleaned to a consistently high standard, manage stock levels, and lead by example in delivering excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support a team of housekeeping staff
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met
- Organise daily work schedules and allocate tasks efficiently
- Train and mentor new staff, ensuring procedures are followed
- Liaise with management regarding staffing, supplies, and maintenance issues
- Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning materials and linen
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous supervisory experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is essential
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Flexible and proactive attitude
- Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety standards is desirable
