**Your roles and responsibilities**: Lead and inspire: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading inter-professional teams in developing knowledge, ideas, and innovative work practices.Clinical expertise and patient care: Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate personalized, patient-centred care, while acting as a clinical expert and mentor to colleagues.Drive quality and safety: Lead on standard setting, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical governance, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practice and Trust policies.Manage and develop your team: Line manage direct reports, including all aspects of recruitment, retention, performance, and create a supportive environment for learning and growth.Resource management and service improvement: Coordinate resources to ensure safe and efficient patient care, actively identify and implement service improvements, and manage budgets effectively.
