Contract Scotland are working with one of Scotland’s busiest private and affordable residential developers, to recruit a Sales Manager to cover West & East Scotland.

The Sales Manager will oversee the Sales Department and have the ability to motivate the Sales Team to achieve targets. The role requires confidence and experience in communicating with clients, as well as sound organisational and administrative skills.

This is a close-knit successful management team who have along history of expertise within the housing sector.

**Key requirements of the role**:

- Ensure implementation of Sales Policies and Procedures across the Scottish business
- Preparation of new land viabilities, progress new developments through the pre start process
- Review sales expenditure budgets, sales values and sales strategies for forthcoming / existing developments
- Be involved in the legal set up of new developments and management companies
- Recommend and approve, with the Regional Director, sales releases and incentives
- Set individual sales targets for each development
- With the Field Sales Manager, plan/review sales strategies for existing developments
- Approve proposed advertising/PR campaigns/events for existing and proposed developments

**You must have**:

- Previous experience of management within New Home Sales
- Proven reporting skills
- Full knowledge of MS Office Packages
- Knowledge of COINS Sales Workbench
- Full UK Drivers Licence
