Cambridge, United Kingdom The One Group Full time

Would you like to work for a world-class research organisation in Central Cambridge?

Do you want to be part of a fast-growing organisation that is at the forefront of researching and developing revolutionary products?

If you LOVE science AND finance - this is the one for you

I’m looking for someone that not only has experience in all things finance, but someone that will also be genuinely interested in this company’s mission.

You’ll need to use your finance experience to support the Finance Manager with
- Purchase and sales ledger processing
- Analysing and reporting research grants and funding
- Supporting with budgets and forecasts for projects
- Income and expenditure reporting
- Supporting at month end

This isn’t a role that requires you to just crunch numbers in a spreadsheet - you’ll need to be able to speak with lots of different people within the business from support staff through to Professors and Scientists. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to speak to non-finance colleagues in order to deliver and obtain financial information and naturally you’ll need to build great working relationships with them.

This will be a fixed term contract for 2 years, working from their research facility in Central Cambridge. There is free parking available on site, and hybrid working is available - but you must live within a commutable distance of Cambridge to be considered.

Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
