**Position: Field Sale Representative (Employee Engagement Executive)**
**Base Salary: £28,000 with the ability to increase that to £40,000 within the first year + A Company Car, iPad, iPhone and Fuel Card.**
**Commission: Uncapped**
**Contract: Permanent 40 hours per week**
**Please note: You must have a full UK driving licence to be suitable for this role. This role requires regular travel across the UK, staying away from home Monday - Friday.**

**We Provide Everything You Need**: A company car, fuel card, iPhone, iPad, and **pre-booked locations** and hotels. Your only focus is engaging with employees on-site.
**Work Schedule**: You’ll work away from home Monday-Friday, staying in hotels at a new location each week. Around 50% of the year, you’ll work near your home area and won’t need to stay in a hotel.
**Travel**: This is a driving role, so you’ll need a full UK driving license (0-6 points, no bans in the last 4 years). A company car is included for both work and personal use.
