RMS are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a **Digital Marketing Specialist**, for a leading manufacturing company based in Newton Aycliffe. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Brand Team. You will be responsible for building the company brand & enhancing their consumer experience from a digital channel perspective.

You will be working closely with different teams to ensure all comms tools are brand consistent, available & implemented in a successful way.

**The main duties and responsibilities for this role are**:

- Define a clear consumer content strategy for execution across digital platforms including website & social media channels covering Brand/Products/Campaign related topics.
- Generate consumer engaging content & ideas: Buying guides, how to, hints & tips, product & gardening articles etc.
- Collaborate with WebShop Manager to ensure all Brand page information is available, up to date & SEO optimised.
- Responsible for the creation of brand website pages & messaging around the product, campaigns & dedicated topics.
- Track content success by building customer profiles to enhance user experience via Google Analytics/Website Traffic analysis
- Management of the Brand digital platforms including YouTube and other future potential platforms
- Regularly monitor & report on latest digital trends & seasonal competitor campaign activities
- Identify digital channel asset requirements for new season activity and product launches by liaising with local marketing teams
- Brief & manage agencies to help create all digital communication materials in line with brand expectations
- Ensure all digital assets created are communicated & rolled out successfully across all marketing touchpoint channels
- Support Brand Specialist with studio/lifestyle photography/videography, co-ordination of events & other central team projects
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Digital Asset Management System for the brand.
- Work closely with Product Managers, UK Marketing, Teams and regularly update the Divisional Team.
- Budget management.
- Must have experience in Digital Marketing and an understanding of working with Social & Ecommerce platforms
- Ideally knowledgeable on SEO and software such as Photoshop/Indesign
- Creative writing ability which can be adapted or tailored to suit different customer profiles
- An enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach to work on all aspects of the Brand
- Solution oriented approach with the drive to succeed either in a team or independently
- Organised and can prioritise, whilst managing multiple projects/activities at the same time
- UK Driving License required as some travel will be required.

This role is working Day Shifts, Monday to Friday and is a permanent position Hybrid working available. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business.
