Due to company growth we are currently looking to recruit a full time experienced Recruitment and Compliance Officer. This is an exciting new role and would suit someone who can use their own initiative, work well under pressure and are looking for a new challenge

**The successful applicant must**:

- Have strong administration skills
- Experience of recruitment
- Can work accurately with high attention to detail
- Be proficient in data entry and be able to organise & prioritise your workload
- Have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work effectively with team members and on their own
- Be self-motivated
- Have experience using and placing adverts on all social media platforms

**Responsibilities will be**:

- Placing and managing adverts on all job boards
- Placing and managing adverts on all social media platforms
- Build company profile on Social Media
- Conducting CV searches for specific roles
- Attending jobs fairs to help promote the company and all roles
- Building good working relationships with branches across England
- Liaising with the senior management and branches to discuss their recruitment requirements
- Contacting potential applicants to conduct pre-screen interviews
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with all queries
