Protocol is delighted to be for a Funding and Compliance officer (Mat cover) on a fulltime basis within an education establishment based in Wolverhampton

**Salary: £20,000 - £22,000**

**Location: Wolverhampton**

**This role will require an Enhanced DBS**

**Duties**:

- To ensure that base documentation is produced and maintained in line with SFA PFA requirements.
- To input and maintain accurate profiles and data on the QL systems, including the WBL module, preparing management reports as requested.
- To implement monitoring and data validation process.
- To maintain learner records and tracking systems.
- To provide reports, support, and guidance to internal staff on Work Based learning procedures and ensure colleagues provide appropriate timely and accurate documentation.
- To provide day-to-day administrative support and guidance to external partners.
- To assist in the preparation and submission of ILR returns to the SFA
- To assist colleagues in the use of the QL WBL module as required.
- To assist with the effective operation of the Contract Management function, ensuring audit findings are acted upon within required timescales, liaising with internal schools and external partners as required.
- To assist in the preparation for internal and external audits
- To assist internal and external partners with tracking and improving learner success rates using pro-achieve.
- To provide, as and when required, the functions outlines above in relation to non-mainstream funded provision, i.e. ESF and DWP contracts
- To work to achieve team and individual targets, reviewed and monitored at team and one to one meeting.
- To contribute to the Self-Assessment process and Development Plan.
- To participate in the performance management scheme, one to one and Team meetings, attending appropriate training.
- To undertake other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the post as determined by the principal.
