Customer Service Administrator

Role:
CUSTOMER SERVICE - the proactive and efficient running of the Sales Order processing and customer administration functions Ensure on-time delivery and monitoring the product to its destination.
OPERATIONS - Expediting and tracking of all purchase orders.
Advising overdue Sales & Purchase orders to Purchasing manager for further escalation when necessary.
**Required Skills**:
General office duties experience
Proactive approach to daily tasks
Excellent customer liaison skills
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Excellent computer/IT skills
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Efficient and punctual
Professional, friendly & approachable
Ability to work on own initiative
Flexibility in accordance with Company requirements whilst exhibiting a ‘can do’ attitude.
Offering £25 000 - £27 000 depending on skill set and experience
It would be advantageous to have the following:
Previous experience within a similar industry
Sage experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
