The EU Launch Team is seeking a Launch Testing Analyst to join our new Launch Standards and Testing Team. The EU Launch team is part of the Engineering Services team which provides support to new buildings and expansion to the Amazon Fulfillment network.
The Launch Testing Analyst role will take ownership of several key launch processes, actively participate in large cross-functional projects, communicate to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. This role will closely coordinate andprovide support to the Launch Team, Launch Learning Team, and Launch Central Services team on projects and processes.
The Launch Testing Analyst role will be involved in data management, creating and refining existing processes, supporting new launch testing, facilitating meetings, and leading site tours. Key job responsibilities
- Development of data collection processes and data management systems for the EU Launch Standards and Testing team.
- Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in MS Access and Excel.
- Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes.
- In depth research of defect trends in New Launch Testing.
- Data collection used for process and team reporting.
- Coordinate with the Launch Standards Manger and Change Management team in support of module change requests.
- Develop Launch Standards and Testing Wiki, work instructions, tools, and training content for Launch Standards Team and downstream content users.
- Innovate to improve customer experience and employee experience for Launch team and downstream customers.
- Facilitating, meetings, organizing site readiness testing, conducting presentations, and facilitating site tours.
- This role will work within the LUX12 office in Luxembourg.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of time.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Knowledge of Amazon systems and fulfillment center processes.
- Gather and analyze data across business functions to identify trends and process optimization opportunities.
- Written and verbal fluency in English language.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skill.
- Experience with Excel, Access, SQL, Oracle, and HTML.
- Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting.
- Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels.
- Global perspective and solid understanding of business objectives.
- Excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy.
Initiative to develop tools, data collection processes, and data management systems.
