We're hiring a
Performance Marketing Specialist
to drive growth across paid channels, optimise acquisition funnels and scale campaigns that attract both
creators (B2C)
and
brands/agencies (B2B)
. You'll turn creative ideas and audience insights into measurable performance, balancing data, storytelling and experimentation to fuel our next stage of growth.
The Role
You'll be responsible for building, managing, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn. Working closely with the Marketing and Growth teams, you'll ensure our paid strategy aligns with organic content, campaign recruitment and business objectives. You'll own the performance pipeline end-to-end, from audience targeting and creative testing to reporting, insights, and growth recommendations.
This role is perfect for someone who's both analytical and creative, a performance marketer who thrives on numbers but understands brand nuance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn to attract and convert advertisers and creators.
- Build and maintain
dashboards and reports
to track KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS and LTV) and recommend actionable optimisations. - Track and attribute performance using analytics platforms (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Collaborate closely with
data analysts and engineers
to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting. - Manage campaign budgets, pacing and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI.
- Continuously A/B test copy, creatives, audience and channels to improve CTR, CAC and conversion rates.
- Develop segmented and retargeting campaigns to nurture both creator and brand audiences.
- Partner with
sales and revenue teams
to align lead generation with pipeline and revenue goals. - Stay ahead of
adtech and martech innovations
that can enhance targeting, measurement, or efficiency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in
B2B performance or demand generation marketing
, ideally within
adtech, martech or SaaS
. - Proven success scaling
advertiser or enterprise lead acquisition
campaigns. - Familiarity with A/B testing, pixel implementation and conversion tracking setups.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel optimisation and attribution models.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
. - Deep understanding of
LinkedIn Ads
and
Google Ads
for B2B funnels. - Experience with
CRM integration, lead scoring and marketing automation workflows
. - Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working with product, design, data, and sales teams.
- (Bonus) Experience marketing to agencies, brands, or enterprise clients in the digital media ecosystem
- Bonus: Experience with affiliate or influencer marketing platforms, or with scaling creator/brand acquisition campaigns.
