About the Role
: As Head of Content, you'll be partnering with internationally renowned brands across the food & drink industry across the UK and far beyond. With big plans and big projects ahead, there's never been more exciting time to join their growing team as they look to expand their service offering and add more resource and expertise into an already high performing team.
About You
: This role calls for an experienced content strategist with true creative flair. It's about so much more than leading content production; it's about shaping the creative content vision for the agency and its clients. It's a hands-on leadership role and you'll need to be passionate about storytelling with an innate ability to translate audience insight into creative, bold, engaging and impactful content ideas, driving innovation across every channel in collaboration with the strategy and performance teams.
Responsibilities
:
- A strategically minded creative thinker with strong editorial instincts and a passion for developing big, bold content ideas;
- Demonstrable experience in leading the development, delivery and optimisation of channel specific content and formats across organic social, email/CRM, websites and other owned touchpoints, aligned to each stage of the marketing funnel;
- Track record of success in a B2B creative content-focused leadership role with strong agency experience;
- Inspiring innovation by bringing new ideas, cultural trends, and creative techniques into play;
- Confident client presenter and storyteller who can sell content ideas;
- Strong grasp of content analytics and the role of data in refining content performance and strategy;
- Comfortable with data, testing and performance reporting.
