About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our small team. This is a full-time permanent post.

The role requires you to provide an affective, timely and accurate support to Placements and Commissioning Team for Northamptonshire Children’s Trust.

You will have regular supervision and training as well as clinical supervision, peer and mentoring support.

What will you be doing?
To attend and take accurate minutes of meetings.

To co-ordinate and manage the team’s processes and systems in relation to communications and SharePoint, including mailbox monitoring, task action and response.

To liaise with Social Worker teams, external agencies, and representatives as appropriate in matters relating to the clerical/administrative procedures for the service.

About you
You will need to be child focused and able to manage a high volume of sensitive information.
