Location: Watford, Brent and Ealing

**Salary**: £30,000 per annum pro rata

The Housing Services Team at Parasol Homes Limited are looking for a part time Housing Officer for 25 hours per week to be part of a team providing customer focused housing management services to the Association's supported housing tenants in our specialist rented accommodation.

The role involves managing a small geographical patch of properties and duties will include:

- Carrying out tenancy reviews and tenancy audits with residents in their homes
- Overseeing tenants moving into and out of our units
- Issuing of tenancy related documents and ensuring the tenants understanding
- Submitting Housing Benefit claims and seeing through to completion
- Weekly health and safety inspections of properties
- Housing management casework including anti-social behavior
- Taking appropriate action regarding breaches of tenancies
- Working with the Business Performance Team with income and service charge queries, and tenant arrears
- Covering for other Housing Officers while they are on leave.
- Liaising with a range of housing and support provider partners
- Monitoring occupancy and reducing voids

- Watford, WD17 1HP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
