We are looking for x3 Skilled Operatives to work on the LNW minor works contracts reactive and planned.

As a Skilled Operative at CML you will always work in a safe manner following appropriate procedures and instructions at all times.

You will work on the LNW Framework for Network Rail undertaking railway maintenance work including but not limited to vegetation clearance, brickwork and culverts.

You will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles materials, tools and plant equipment under your control are fit for use and are used, stored & disposed of correctly and any defects are reported immediately to H&S and / or your Manager.

Teamwork is key in delivering our works effectively, therefore when you aren’t required to use your daily skills / trades on the job, you will be expected to undertake other reasonable duties to ensure collaboration in meeting deadlines.

**Skills & Experience**
- Operatives will need to be multi skilled but have a good experience in construction trades.
- PTS
- Joinery
- Bricklaying
- Groundworks
- Drainage
- Advantageous qualifications: COSS, SSSTS, SMSTS, PASMA, IPAF, small tools, Temporary works supervisor/coordinator, First Aid, street works, IRATA, rail trolley, weed spray, chainsaw, strimmer etc.
