As a Barclays Resilience Framework Manager, you will be leading a team responsible for delivering the frameworks which determine how resilience is implemented across Barclays. This ensures that colleagues have access to the technologies and buildings theyneed to deliver services to customers and clients. You will also develop and embed the Resilience framework, policy and standards to return the horizontal to satisfactory, ensuring appropriate controls and processes are defined.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Authorising changes to the Operational Recovery Planning policy and standards
- Defining and embeding Key Risk Indicators to measure adherence with standards
- Working with colleagues across Group Resilience to ensure processes are documented, embedded and aligned to control requirements
- Completing and maintaining a gap analysis of the Resilience framework against existing and new/emerging regulatory requirements
- Supporting the delivery of initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and support regulatory requests for information on the Resilience framework, policy and standards
- Reviewing and challenging issues, risk acceptances, dispensation and waivers raised against Resilience standards
- Building strong and effective relationships across stakeholders within Barclays, e.g. Resilience Leads, Control Owners, Chief Controls Office, Operational Risk and Compliance
- Exploring different approaches to solving problems and readily offering suggestions to improve outputs and reduce manual work and reporting
**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in developing frameworks and/or translating into standards and procedures
- Ability to produce high quality written communication and presentations including training materials to technical and non-technical audiences
- A strong understanding of Risk and Control Environment, Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and Barclays Control Framework
- Highly organised and ability to work through conflicting priorities and workload to meet deadlines
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Bachelor's degree in a financial or technical field or equivalent experience
- Broad experience in Operational Resilience
- Understanding of Operational Resilience Regulatory policy requirements, within PRA and also with key overseas regulators e.g. Central Bank of Ireland, FED
