CURATOR COORDINATOR | LONDON We're Sofar Sounds, your global music community. We bring people together in unexpected spaces in hundreds of cities around the world. THE ROLE As one of our Curator Coordinators, you'll help Sofar grow its thriving community of independent concert organizers (Curators) around the globe by sourcing, vetting, and onboarding new ones. You'll be part of a team passionate about creating performance opportunities for local artists worldwide through building a thriving global community. Sofar has worked with over 30,000 artists, hosted over 1,000,000 fans at shows around the world and engages with millions more online each month. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Help build and develop a community of ambitious and passionate Curators, setting them up for success - Manage the logistics of onboarding new Curators, always looking for ways to streamline and automate processes - Collaborate with the Community team on optimizing and executing interviewing and onboarding - Build on our current training, creating new documentation as processes and the platform change - Host regular onboarding group calls, providing efficient training about Sofar platforms and culture, while building connection within the community - Be a resource to existing Curators and new ones as they learn the Sofar platform and processes, creating new documentation and resources for common questions and issues - Document and quantify areas for platform improvement and help communicate suggestions to internal cross-functional teams - Work with the Community team on ways to increase Curator involvement and engagement - Help monitor quality assurance and make any course corrections with new Curators as they get started - You'll also discover a lot of great new music and build a strong personal network, from all around the world WHO YOU ARE - Deep understanding of and alignment with Sofar's global community & values - Relevant experience in onboarding, pipeline management, and CRM expertise is a plus - Well-versed in putting on quality events & working closely with artists - Organized, analytical & results-oriented - Someone comfortable with building and optimizing systems and processes - Strong communication skills - Fluent in Spanish - Healthy balance of commercial knowledge and emotional intelligence - Genuine, demonstrated commitment to supporting artists and local music DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION We are proud to have a global workforce and strive towards having a diverse workplace.
