CK Group are recruiting for a Senior Biomedical Scientist (HCPC registered) to join a Pathology and COVID-19 testing laboratory that provide services to the film industry at their site based in Windsor on a permanent basis.
The Company:
Provides bespoke solutions to the worlds leading film and media production companies.

**Location**:
The Role:

- To help establish Pathology laboratories within the M25 remit in connection with external private
healthcare providers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Helping to establish new laboratory sites in collaboration with the senior leadership team
- Assist in selection of vendors to define the haematology, immunology and biochemistry service offering
- Managing the installation, validation and verification process.
- Supervising a team of junior staff
- Reporting and managing laboratory quality related issues
- Review laboratory performance in line with laboratory KPIs.
Your Background:

- Have experience in clinical diagnostic Haematology, Biochemistry and Immunology
- HCPC registration.
- Experience with a wide array of analysers both point of care and laboratory based.
- Experience in writing technical SOP’s
- Experience in validation/verification of new equipment/assays
