**Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Provide clerical support as needed, including typing correspondence and reports.
- Organise office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring the office is well-equipped.
**Experience**
- Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Pay: £24,420.00-£38,699.80 per year
