**About the role**
Due to ongoing growth and development we are recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator to join our established team based in Coatbridge. As part of a team of reporting into our Product Engineering Manager this role will be integral to the on-going development of our products and will offer the opportunity to develop and learn our own Bekaert standards, whilst forging a career within a niche industry.

As part of a team of reporting into our Product Engineering Manager this role will be integral to the on-going development of our products and will offer the opportunity to develop and learn our own Bekaert standards, whilst forging a career within a niche industry.
**Responsibilities**
As a Project Coordinator within our New Product Development (NPD) team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging communication between NPD Engineers, internal departments, and external partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of project deliverables and the timely achievement of project milestones. You will also be responsible for upstream reporting of various NPD projects.
**Duties will consist of but aren’t limited to:
- **
- Facilitate tasks related to the overall delivery of projects.
- Supporting the NPD development process and help organise the overall NPD team.
- Coordinate logistics associated with project co-ordination.
- Manage the project workflow, involving various stakeholders to ensure smooth development. This will encompass timely and accurate updates to the management system.
- Maintain up-to-date schedules and plans.
- Ensure timely upstream reporting using corporate tools.
- Fostering effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Act on assigned tasks to develop effective planning and execution tools.
- Support the development of manufacturing planning, production processes, and documentation protocols.
- Engineering degree (but not essential).
- Working experience of Research and Development or engineering projects.
- Excellent Microsoft Tools knowledge including Microsoft Project.
- Project lifecycle experience within an engineering environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Driving between the two sites will be required and would suit someone that owns their own car. However this isnt essential.
- Fantastic organisational skills.
