Care Coordinator

We're looking for a talented Care Coordinator to work for our client. They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of scheduling care hours in for a domiciliary setting. If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for. **The Role**: Reporting to the Registered Manager and based in the company's Sunderland office, as the Care Coordinator you will be primarily responsible for creating and maintaining the weekly or monthly rotas for the service, ensuring that the service users and scheduledto be cared for by staff that are competent in meeting their individual needs. You will be tasked with amending the rota when required to accommodate unexpected changes such as sudden staff sickness and lateness. In the job you'll be tasked with liaising with client families, health professionals and council authorities. Finally, you'll also be tasked with using your skills to have a direct impact on smooth operation of the service. The standard working hours for this position are 8:30am to 5:30pm. You'll also need experience of providing high quality care to older adults and managing emergencies in a care environment. The ideal person for the role will be the following: - Organised and have good attention to detail - Flexible and reliable to be manage emergencies - Self-motivated and driven Does that sound like you?
