Working within an incredibly friendly team of 6, your duties as Customer Service Administrator will include:
- Processing quotations
- Raising Invoices
- Sales order processing
- Updating customers regarding updates and queries relating to parts and products
- Answering incoming calls and logging callout/service jobs
- Providing support to the Regional Services Managers, BDM’s and Engineers when required
- Ensuring confidentiality on all matters
- Full training will be given
You will have previous administration experience together with good verbal and written communication skills. In addition, you will be highly organised, enthusiastic and outgoing with the ability to learn quickly and work well as part of a team.
