Academics work in partnership with a number of secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent who will be looking for Teaching Assistants for day to day cover and short/long term roles. Working across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas can be diversified meaningthat we work with an assortment of secondary schools and therefore we do have different requirements to suit.

We are proud to say that we have had a strong record of placing many of our qualified teaching assistants into permanent work following a successful period of long term supply within our secondary schools.

**Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant**:

- Supporting the teacher with the delivery of the lesson.
- Preparing the classroom for lessons, such as setting up equipment.
