Cleaning Team Leader

**Job Title**:
Cleaning Team Leader - Woking & Surrounding Villages

**Salary**:
£10p/h -£12.90 p/h

**Additional pay**:

- Commission pays
- Performance bonus
- Overtime rate paid when you complete more than 40 hours in a fortnight (avg. 20 hours per week) - 10% extra
- Saturday Rate - 10% extra
- Sunday Rate 20% extra

**Benefits**:

- Flexible schedule hours during 9am-5pm
- Fortnightly pay
- Minimum contracted hours: 10 hours per week

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Sunday
- 2 days off per week

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 2 years (required)
- Leading a team: 1 years (desirable)
- Valid driver’s license (essential)
- Cleaning qualification(desirable)

**This role is currently being offered as a minimum 10 hours per week contracted role. More hours could be considered if the individual brings enough value to the role.**

The company has grown a 1000% in the last 12 months and is now looking for someone with cleaning experience who can help us grow into new areas, build, develop and manage a team of cleaners. You will be reporting into our Office Manager.

**A successful day is.**
- Required to perform a number of cleaning jobs per week.
- Providing the ultimate customer experience
- Overachieving on your targets
- Liaising with operations teams on work schedules, resolving schedule gaps, sick cover & holiday cover for your team
- Recruiting a team of cleaners
- Managing a team of 4-6 cleaners on a weekly basis
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Ensuring the Maid Brigade UK cleaning standards are always met
- Supervising/reviewing team performance
- Approving team time off requests
- Implementing new policies/ideas which will benefit the company
- Supporting team members replenishment of cleaning products.
- Most importantly, having fun

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Proven team leader experience or management experience within the cleaning industry
- Proven cleaning experience with clear understanding of good cleaning practices.
- Familiar with “XERO” software (Full training will be provided)
- Knowledge of booking systems (full training will be provided)
- Experience running/building teams (desirable)

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.90 per hour
