Established in 1835 my client is one of the largest Estate Agency brands in London with over 30 offices across the rest of the UK and they are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator for their Haringey office.

The business has a fantastic reputation in the local area and now seek a like mind individual to join them. You will be required to liaise with landlords and tenants, negotiate offers, attend viewings and generate new business leads.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a driven and career focussed Lettings Negotiator looking to step up and join a friendly and forward thinking agent who can provide first class training and progression.

They pay their negotiators commission upfront on the total annual letting and the management fee combined, not just the letting fee.

You will be working alongside one other Lettings Negotiator so you will be very busy and have more opportunity to bank a higher annual income.
- Lettings experience
- Be well presented
- The ability to generate new business
- Capable of working under pressure and towards a target
- Current knowledge of the lettings legislation

**In return you will receive -**
Basic Salary
- £20,000 per annum

**Car Allowance**
- £1,800 per annum

**Commission**
- 15% of income personally banked up to £50,000
- 20% of income personally banked £50,000 and £150,000
- 25% of income personally banked above £150,000

**Parking Permit**
- You are required to provide use of a car that is insured for business use.
- A parking permit will be provided allowing you to park in resident bays within Haringey.

**Hours of work -**
- 5 days per week:

- Monday-Thursday 9:00am-6:30pm
- Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
- Saturday 9:30am-3:00pm,
- One Saturday off each month and a day off mid-week when working Saturday.
- Daily 60 minute lunch break.

**Holidays**
Statutory 20 days holiday entitlement plus all bank holidays and additionally all working days between Christmas and New Year.
