**Base salary £30K-£35K DOE + Profit Share + Benefits**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a truly global remote-based team that produces conferences for the Energy & Manufacturing industry. The portfolio includes in-person conferences, online events, reports, webinars and content.

The Conference Producer will identify essential topics for business, secure the speakers and brands everyone wants to hear from and work with the internal teams to deliver events that are both valuable and profitable.

For this role, we are looking for an experienced conference producer

**What will you be doing?**
- Research and confirm senior-level industry professionals to speak at your events
- Develop a clear understanding of the marketplace
- Perform detailed telephone-based research calls with senior industry professionals to identify content for the agenda
- Build relationships with industry professionals
- Work collaboratively and develop great relationships with cross functional teams within the business
- Produce engaging and commercially viable conference programmes
- Manage the financials of your events, using the P&L to direct decisions
- Create relevant content such as eBooks, reports and podcasts to engage the event community
- Work with marketing to develop the social media presence for your events
- Motivate and lead the cross-functional event team to deliver and exceed event targets
- Travel internationally to your events

**Who are you?**
- You are a strong communicator, resourceful, enthusiastic, and a quick learner with experience producing b2b events.
- Successful track record as a conference producer in a commercial environment.
- Highly intelligent
- Entrepreneurial, innovative and creative
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Professional relationship builder
- Strong communications skills - over the phone, in person and written ability. Confident in conversing professionally with stakeholders
- Leadership skills - the ability to share and deliver your vision for the events
- A positive, solutions orientated and enthusiastic professional
- High level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- Must be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- General office technology skills required
