Ecommerce Data Processing Administrator

An exciting new opportunity exists for a highly organised, dynamic individual to provide a wide-ranging, data focussed eCommerce service for one of the UK's most progressive, award winning, toy and games companies, known for its innovative licensed products,and the makers of Top Trumps
The successful applicant will focus on both outbound and inbound ecommerce activities, importing, processing and fulfilling orders, delivering outstanding customer service, managing returns, refunds, and cancellations and to work closely with our eCommerceManager to ensure efficiency in stock, order and sales channel management.
Training will be given for our internal systems which includes Linnworks, Third-party marketplaces, Shopify and Dropship sales channels. The new team member will form a core part of the eCommerce Sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing and managing orders through internal and external systems
- Data mapping, Data cleansing and error checking
- Importing and processing incoming sales from Dropship Channels
- New product setup and current product updates on internal and external systems
- Product listing on eBay, Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
- Inventory Control and price updates within Linnworks, WMS and online Marketplaces
- Working with internal teams and external WHs to ensure on time deliveries
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Clear communication to Customers and Colleagues.
- Liaising with Internal teams and departments wherever required
- Completing, uploading, supplying all the product details required for D2C ecommerce sales channels i.e. New Line Forms, Images, Samples.
- Support eCommerce manager with API Integration Setup for D2C Channels
- EDI and API Integration maintenance for D2C Channels
- Creating and updating reports as required by the business
- Collate, analyse and interpret channel data to provide insights and help drive business decisions
- All aspects of Data Import/Export for Linnworks
**Skills & Experience**
- Online Retail (2 Years)
- Amazon Seller (2 Years)
- Customer Service (2 Years)
- Linnworks or similar CMS (2 Years)
- Experience managing an eBay business account is desirable
- Solid knowledge of MS Suite - particularly Excel
- Interest in e-commerce and retail
- Understanding of product information management data is desirable
- Basic knowledge of Adobe suite - particularly Photoshop or GIMP
- Great communication skills
