The Leader Group are currently looking for a Deputy manager for a Children's Residential home in Spalding. This is a fabulous role for a n established Deputy to join a market leader and build a rewarding career or a highly experienced Senior Children's Residentialsupport worker looking to take the next step in your career.

Can you answer YES to the following?
- Do you have a Level 3 or above in Children & Young people?
- Do you have a Full UK licence?
- Have leadership skills and experience?
- Want to make a difference?
- Support & develop a team?

If the answer is yes then this may be the riole for you.

Assisting the Registered Manager with the management of the home and team. As Deputy manager you will be responsible for ensuring the team are supported as well as the young people in the service.

You will liaise with different outside agencies to be able to best support the young people in an individualised way.

The working patterns will include Long days (up to 14 hours) and sleep in's
