We are working with a fantastic team who are looking for a Trainee Credit Controller to join them.
To be considered in this role, you will just need to have a enthusiastic approach to working and be a confident communicator.
You could be great for this role if you have come from a Customer Service background and want to learn new skills and earn a higher OTE, administration but love communicating and want a new challenge OR even just finished your studies and are keen to get stuck in a new role.
Whatever the situation, we are open to all
You will be responsible for a set of your own client base, spread across 3 different companies. This will include, ensuring the relationship is maintained, chasing overdue debt, resolving customer queries, processing credit card payments, forecasting analysis and credit checks.
