- Restore Record Management are looking for a Credit Controller to help maximise cash flow.
- As Credit Controller, you will liaise internally and externally to minimise the risk of bad debt.
- You will also be responsible for managing, maintaining and contacting 500-1000 live accounts - Eliminating issues delaying payment and achieving monthly targets set by management.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maximise cash flow. Liaise internally and externally to minimise the risk of bad debt.
- Responsible for managing, maintaining and contacting 500-1000 live accounts. Eliminate or
resolve issues delaying payment. Achieve monthly targets set by management
- Responsible for between 500-1000 accounts
- Maintaining individual debtor’s ledger
- Adding all notes to customer ledgers
- Providing copy Invoices and statements as required
- Working closely with internal departments and sales managers
- Working to meet individual and management targets
- Dealing with and resolving customer account queries
- Escalating unresolved queries
- Daily team Microsoft Teams meetings
- Reporting daily to the Receivable’s Manager
- Completing various cash forecasts analysis
- Daily, weekly meetings with account managers
- Escalating to line manager any required legal action if debts are not paid within the agreed payment terms
- Processing credit card payments
- Credit risk analysis and credit checks
- Ad hoc duties when required

- Be able to liaise with all levels of personnel
- Work with customers and relevant departments to obtain timely cash collections
- Remain calm under pressure
