**Shipping Administrator - Leamington Spa - Temporary Contract until end of July - Full Time - Upto 23,000 pa**

Our client, a highly reputable education organisation, based in Leamington Spa is seeking to recruit a packaging administrator to their friendly and fun team. This is a contract until the end of July to help out during a busy period.

**The Shipping Administrator day to day duties are as follows**:

- Take charge of packing and shipping for all events, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Manage CRM database, print event paperwork, and handle feedback reports.
- Equip staff with necessary materials and information for successful event execution.
- Support in ordering and managing stock of materials and equipment.
- Handle online enquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Attend events if needed in an admin support role.
- Generate purchase orders, invoices, and daily correspondence.
- Assist with administrative tasks for various programs during quieter periods.
- Possess a good understanding of our programs to competently address enquiries and cross-promote.

**The Successful Shipping Administrator must have the following skills/experience**:

- Experience in administrative/shipping/packing roles.
- Must be able to pick and pack the items for the events, these will be clean but of all different sizes.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a knack for multitasking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and databases.
- Strong command of English language - written and spoken.
- Maturity, conscientiousness, and ability to produce reliable work.
- Team player with initiative, capable of liaising effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strict adherence to Health and Safety and Data Protection policies.

**What’s on offer for the successful Shipping Administrator**
- Pay rate 11-12 per hour DOE
- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Free Parking
- Fixed contract until end of July
- Holiday pay
