**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the Company Director’s business & personal diary, including arranging meetings and appointments, ensuring all parties are involved
- To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Company Director (business & personal requirements).
- Maintain all aspects of the Company Director’s personal fleet of vehicles, ensuring they have a valid MOT, vehicle tax and serviced and maintained.
- Responsible for the documentation of the purchase and selling of the Company Director’s personal vehicles
- To attend company meetings, draft minutes and circulate to the relevant personnel.
- To attend meetings off site when required.
- Oversee truck building business - liaise with suppliers and order vehicle parts as required.
- Record and allocate all costings/ purchase invoices to the relevant vehicle..
- To provide quotations for new vehicle recovery truck builds and conversions
- To arrange viewings for vehicle sales, complete documentation and carry out vehicle handovers.
- To advertise vehicles for sale on the company website, and social media platforms.
- Responsible for compiling and advertising job roles and conducting interviews

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
