Cawingredients supply high volume soft drinks principally to the UK market. We operate from a state of the art production and warehousing facility based on one site in North Yorkshire.

We are seeking to recruit 2 experienced Warehousing and Distribution Team Leader to support our growing team due to internal movement of the previous post holders.

The role will suit someone who is able to work to tight deadlines within a fast paced environment in order to be able to organise the team accordingly.

You will need to have experience of using both Reach and Counterbalance fork lifts.

As a Team Leader your critical goal will be to ensure that you manage the teams work/plan to ensure work is picked correctly and loaded at the correct times to achieve maximum efficiencies.

You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. You will need to have worked within a similar environment previously and be a hands on leader.
- Warehousing/distribution/Team Leading NVQ or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience within a similar role
- FMCG Background
- Experience of recent Reach driving experience
- FMCG experience, ideally within a Manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages
- Must hold both current Reach and Counterbalance licenses
- Experience of working in demanding environments
- Bulk stacking and drive in racking experience

We work weekly a rotation of shifts 6-2/2-10/10-6, with one in every 6 week cycle a Saturday to be worked.

Overtime is regularly available.

**Salary**: Up to £38,417.07 per year
