**Customer Service Representative**

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Erith. You will help with field customer purchasing requests, troubleshoot internal logistics, and take their customer experience to the next level

**As part of this role you will**:

- Provide support and product / service information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns then reporting their feedback to Customer Service Management
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and place orders accordingly
- Assist with courier and tool repair queries
- Look for cross-selling opportunities to increase purchase price and overall sales
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and turn dissatisfied customers into satisfied customers
- Work with internal teams to promote impactful customer experience, pre
- and post-sale

- Strong time management and organisational skills who is able to work autonomously
