**About the Role**

As our Hire/Sales Controller you will provide full support in all areas of internal sales, including customer service, hire transactions and support our national network of depots.

**Key Responsibilities
- You will be working closely with all members of the national Sales team to achieve pre-determined business objectives.
- Work with our key accounts will mean you will be building strong working relationships and delivering a great customer experience.
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer service orientated individual who has tool or hire experience where possible.

**What we’re looking for
- Demonstrable customer service experience in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage own workloads and to prioritise daily activities
- Confident telephone manner and good IT / keyboard skills
- Willingness to learn the technical aspects of our range of tools and work in a team environment towards specific goals
