Superbike Factory Ltd; founded in 2010 has grown into the largest retailer of new & used motorbikes in Europe.

We have over 2000 new and used motorbikes in our Macclesfield, Donington Park and Bradford show rooms at any one time, and we are open daily for customers old and new to come and marvel at the number and selection of bikes we have in store.

Superbike Factory is also a data rich, digital business, offering the only true end to end to online consumer experience in the sector, supported by our purpose built 'Super-Sites' in Macclesfield and Donington Park, our recent acquisition in Bradford, andtwo further site openings this year

The business is now embarking on its next phase of growth, currently employing over 300 people.

**Sales Executive** **Responsibilities**
- Providing an exceptional customer experience through all stages of the sales process
- Giving customers a warm welcome to the showroom and answering queries
- Managing and developing all sales enquiries via telephone (no cold calling)
- Maximising sales and profitability
- Promoting additional products
- Reporting sales figures to management
- Assisting management in maintaining and developing showroom policy and procedures
- Being a proud and passionate ambassador of SuperBike Factory.

**What we’re looking for in our Sales Executive**:

- Experience of working in a busy sales environment
- The ability to build strong working relationships with your customers
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Drive to achieve your goals and the goals of the business
- Motorcycle knowledge is beneficial, although not essential

Hours: Circa 40
Basic Salary: £22,230 - £25,000 plus OTE (£45,000 - £50,000)
Shifts: Rota basis including weekends.
