We are looking to appoint a Project Delivery and Engagement Officer within the LiNCHigher team.

LiNCHigher is a collaborative partnership of Lincolnshire-based educational institutions, led by and based at Bishop Grosseteste University and funded through the Office for Students’ Uni Connect programme. The project aims to raise aspirations, improve attainment, and increase access to higher education for underrepresented learners across the region, supporting national goals to widen participation.

The post holder will deliver targeted Lego based group sessions to schools and careers based sessions to college learners across Lincolnshire, aiming to increase awareness of pathways into higher education. They will develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, department heads, and careers professionals to support learner engagement and progression. The role also involves coordinating with project partners and external stakeholders to implement outreach initiatives, ensuring alignment with both local provision and national priorities, including programmes for specific learner groups identified by the Office for Students.

You will undertake a range of duties as part of a supportive, friendly and highly committed team of professionals who develop and deliver productive partnerships with educational organisations and community groups throughout Lincolnshire.
