Are you a thorough and articulate individual with a background in Quality Assurance?

Our client, a leading national Business Insurance broker in Poole, are seeking a **Call Monitoring and Operations Assistant** to collaborate with their Management team, ensuring their training, auditing and administration is compliant.

**Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Assistant**:

- Assist managers, and colleagues with the implementation of the company’s T&C Scheme
- Undertake and manage file/call audits in line with the company’s T&C Scheme and monetary oversight requirements
- Identify and feedback any training or compliance risks to departmental management and Chief Operating Officer
- Advise and assist line managers with training and monitoring to ensure consistent and appropriate advice is provided to clients Regulatory Compliance
- Work with Compliance Manager to ensure that systems and controls in place to meet regulatory expectations
- Advise and support line managers and provide guidance on regulatory matters as appropriate
- Administration
- Undertake general administration and compliance related reports
- Assist Compliance Manager with FCA returns and insurer audits as appropriate TCF
- At all times ensure the fair treatment of Customers is made the priority and, in respect of all business activities undertaken, that the principles of Treating Customers Fairly are actively considered and acted upon

**What we are looking for from the individual?**

**Essential**
- Quality Assurance experience.
- Experience of working in a regulated environment.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to absorb new information easily.
