We have grown rapidly since 2015 and are now looking to recruit additional part-time members to the Customer Care Department, to help cover evenings and weekends, based at Charlton Park Crematorium, Andover.

**The main purpose of the role** is to take enquiries and instructions from families and ensure that all the necessary information is captured and accurately recorded within our customer care system.

**Key tasks**:

- To take incoming calls, answering customer enquiries and taking Instructions.
- Being able to articulate the legal requirements at the point death and the Company’s procedures and processes which would be applicable.
- Keeping accurate records of customer enquiries and arrangements; ensuring they are logged on to our CRM system.
- Clearly explaining, in simple language the services we offer and making sure that it is what the client requires.
- Organising the legal paperwork required for a cremation.

**About You**:
A high degree of understanding is paramount to the post, as it involves the general support of the elderly, vulnerable, the bereaved and their families. You will need to have a caring and compassionate manner and be sympathetic to their circumstances.
