**About the Role**

**We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Coordinator on a part time, permanent basis, based within The Wellington Centre in Andover. In return you will receive a competitive salary of c. £16,000 (depending on experience)**

**This is a new role that will schedule visits for the people we support across our supported living contracts.**

**Job Opportunity**

**Key responsibilities of the Support Coordinator**:
**We aren’t exaggerating when we say that communication is a massive part of this role On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for communicating with the people we support, our Support Worker teams, our Team Managers and members of the Leadership Team. You will be a role model of “what good looks like” when it comes to communication and you will ensure that everyone is kept up to date of any changes or developments as they occur.**

**You’ll play an important role in ensuring that our Support Workers are appropriately allocated to deliver excellent support that is on time, safe and person centred for the people we support. To help you do this you will work with our experienced Support Coordinator to become an expert of our rostering system and will make sure that it is kept up to date.**

**You’ll make sure that our Team Managers have all the information they need at their fingertips to enable them to deliver a fantastic on call service. You will also use our systems to provide reports for our management teams on a regular basis.**
