**The Role**:
As ‘Housekeeping Supervisor’ you’ll be behind the scenes, delivering on our mission

You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

You’ll understand the importance of a fantastic first and last impression to the happiness of our guests. You’ll have high standards when it comes to Housekeeping and be meticulous about the health and safety of both staff and guests alike. As Housekeeping Supervisor you will assist the Head Housekeeper in the responsibility for standards of cleanliness in guest bedrooms and public areas throughout the hotel. You’ll be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate and support the team and keep the department running smoothly. You’ll have high standards when it comes to guest experience and brand standards and you’ll take ownership and pride in your work.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supervision, coaching and training
- Customer service
- Working as part of a great team
- Allocation of duties
- Stock control
- Working closely with all hotel departments
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety
- Working closely with all hotel departments
- Administration and Technology savvy
- Available to work when the customer needs you
