**The Role**:

As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience during breakfast service in our award-winning Ballroom. You’ll be a natural communicator, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to maintain our high service standards. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service during breakfast, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
- Assist in delivering high-quality food and beverage service across all hotel and spa areas, focusing primarily on the Ballroom during breakfast service.
- Set up and clear tables, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining areas.
- Run a section in the Ballroom, and assist in additional dining areas during Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Lunch, and Dinner services.
- Prepare for events or functions by following Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring all setup procedures are followed with precision.
- Ensure proper compliance with health and safety standards, dress codes, and service procedures at all times.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly or escalate as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Undertake training sessions to refresh and expand your skill set as required.

**_ Desirables_**
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality roles is a plus but not essential.
- Experience handling large volume covers is beneficial.
- Food safety training is an advantage.

**Shift Pattern**:

- Breakfast shift pattern: Flexible hours, with the earliest start at 6am and the latest finish at 6pm.
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Full flexibility is key, as you may be required to work as necessary to meet the team and business requirements including weekends.
