**Job Description**:
**Helpline Advisor - Salford - Temp 3 months - £10.71 per hour**
One of the UKs largest charities is seeking experienced Helpline Advisors to support their Business and Supporter Care team at their offices in Salford.

**These are temporary roles to start ASAP for an initial 3-month period and will pay £10.71 per hour PAYE.**

**Working hours - 35 hours per week on a shift rotational between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. Some weekend work may be required.**

The Helpline Advisors will be responsible for providing a proactive and high-quality service to help inspire people to give to the charity. They will handle supporter enquiries, administrative matters and deal with any complaints.
The ideal Helpline Advisor will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills: able to communicate accurately, clearly, concisely, with integrity and good judgment on the telephone and in writing.- Experience of working in an office environment providing secretarial/administrative support- Ability to prioritise, manage own workload and work to deadlines.- Ability to work flexibly, as part of a team.- Ability to build, manage and develop relationships.-
- Ability to deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential material.- Experience in delivering high standards and meeting KPIs within a customer focused environment.-
