As a key member of the HR Team, you will provide a high quality and efficient administrative and customer service to colleagues and the Trust when recruiting to their teams (non-medical and medical staff). The role involves using electronic systems and databases to manage information relating to each recruitment campaign and our flexible resourcing allocation, typing and sending standard documentation, as well as communicating with candidates, line managers and third parties. You will also be involved in the ongoing development of systems, policies and processes in line with the digital agenda and to support the continuous improvement of the resourcing service to the Trust.
