Our longstanding central Lichfield based client has a temporary role available on a short term basis for 3 - 4 weeks. This could go on to an ad hoc basis on Saturdays when required.

This role will be working Saturdays only and will be home based.

Training will be provided based at their offices in Lichfield ( 3 - 4 hours a day for the week before )

Duties & Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls
Providing a high level of customer service
Updating internal systems with correct information
Diary management
Scheduling appointments
Taking messages

Skills and experience

Proven telephone based customer service skills
Available to work from home on a Saturday
PC literate

Salary £10.00 per hour

Hours : 9.00 am - 3.00 pm -SATURDAYS ONLY
