**About being a Recruitment Associate**

Join our **#OneBlueFamily** at our well-established **Sheffield branch** to grow our desks** supplying temporary staff** to clients in the Sheffield area.

As a Recruitment Associate you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow **we embrace blended working and offer our people the freedom to work from home for a proportion of their week.** We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out Of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to switch off.

**You will also be given the opportunity to work with our Leeds Branch team once every two weeks.**

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Associate will include**:

- Business to business sales activities
- Marketing, advertising, and working to sales targets
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration and updating systems
- You will be supported by a very experienced Branch Manager and team
