We are now looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to join our busy office in Ecclesfield, Sheffield. Working in a fast paced and driven environment in a team of 9 you will be responsible for running a busy warm desk without any cold calling, filling a range of both temporary and permanent vacancies within the housing and care and support sectors as well as building upon new and existing relationships and coordinating interviews, new starter requests etc.

**Criteria**:

- Graduate or of graduate calibre
- Sales or customer service experience - preferably telephone based
- Good communication and people skills are essential
- Ambitious and career minded
- Hardworking
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong desire to be successful.
