**Job title: Higher Education Compliance Specialist**
**Location: London or Birmingham**
Do you enjoy working with students and are you confident communicating complex issues to students in simple terms? If so, then this could be the role for you.
As a compliance specialist your role will be to monitor and support the attendance and engagement with students studying at all campuses in line with attendance
policies and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
You will be working as part of a team that will be accountable for the following at the London and Birmingham campuses:
Monitoring and compliance recording of attendance
Setting up attendance meetings with students
Supporting the enrolment of students, with particular focus on ‘Student’ permission route students at the campuses
Assist and develop policies and procedures to ensure that the service follows legal and good practice guidance in all aspects of welfare support and advice, and ensure current policies are kept up-to-date.

Excellent communication and networking skills that establish trust and credibility with students and staff at all levels
Well organised and methodical
Efficiency
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work on own initiative
