Project Delivery Lead

We are looking for an ambitious, action-oriented Delivery Lead to own and accelerate the delivery of projects critical to scaling our healthtech ecosystem. You’ll lead cross-functional squads and drive execution across clinical, digital, logistics, regulatory, and commercial projects — all while navigating the pace and complexity of a rapidly growing medical cannabis company.

You’ll operate with autonomy, move fast, and ensure we deliver high-quality outcomes across all touchpoints of the patient journey — from tech platform rollouts to service improvements. This role is perfect for someone who blends strategic oversight with hands-on hustle and thrives on impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Delivery Leadership & Execution**:

- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects — ensuring initiatives land on time, on budget, and to scope.
- Translate business vision into structured project plans, while remaining flexible to iterate as priorities evolve.
- Own delivery cadences, ceremonies, and tooling (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retros) to drive velocity and accountability.
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project progress, resolving issues as they arise.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Act as the central point of coordination between Product, Clinical, Tech, Legal, Operations, Commercial teams and key leadership stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, unblock issues, and drive clarity.
- Motivate team members and foster a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
- Manage resource allocation and workload distribution effectively.

**Risk Management & Problem Solving**:

- Spot delivery risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and keep stakeholders proactively informed.
- Bring a solution-first mindset to challenges, managing through ambiguity and shifting requirements.
- Track and analyse project performance metrics, making adjustments as needed.
- Ensure adherence to agreed-upon quality standards and delivery timelines.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Champion delivery excellence: identify opportunities to streamline how we work and embed agile best practices.
- Stay on the pulse of healthtech trends, tooling, and regulatory updates that impact delivery scope and speed.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven track record as a Delivery Lead / Project Manager in fast-paced, high-growth environments (healthtech, medtech, SaaS, or regulated industries preferred).
- Deep understanding of agile, lean, and hybrid delivery models; able to adapt based on project needs.
- Strong organisational skills, bias for action, and an ownership mindset.
- Confidence working with diverse stakeholder groups — from clinicians and engineers to commercial leads and compliance teams.
- Tools you’re comfortable with: Jira, Asana, Confluence, Notion, Gantt charts, spreadsheets, or Kanban boards — whatever moves the work forward.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus, but delivery mindset and outcomes matter most.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, Engineering, or IT (or similar).
- 5-8+ years of delivery or project management experience in fast-paced environments.
- Has worked in one or more of the following settings:

- Healthtech startups or scale-ups (e.g., telehealth, e-pharmacy, remote care platforms)
- SaaS companies delivering regulated services (e.g., digital therapeutics, fintech, insurtech)
- Digital transformation roles in health systems or private clinics
- Demonstrated success in:

- Leading agile delivery of digital products, clinical systems, or operational change projects
- Managing projects across technical, clinical, and commercial teams
- Working with compliance-heavy or risk-sensitive environments
